Photography Services

Advance payments made for photography bookings may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

Digital Products

Digital photo downloads, digital image delivery, and online memberships are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Technical Issues

If a customer experiences technical difficulties accessing purchased digital content, Raja Studio will provide reasonable assistance to resolve the issue.

Duplicate Payments

Any verified duplicate payment will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
